AOP Petit Chablis

Domaine de la Motte 2017

€420 Flacon de 10cl

Enjoy a wine with beautifully mature herbaceous and floral aromas and notes of ripe fruit. Despite its young age, this Petit Chablis has a truly opulent side. On the palate, this wine is dry yet round and fruity and extremely pleasant to drink. Its grapefruit driven finish gives it a lively zesty touch.

Adrien Michaut

Situated in Beine, near Chablis in Burgundy, Domaine de la Motte is a family-run wine estate that has been passed from father to son since 1950. Today, Adrien, Bernard and Guillaume Michaud work as a team to produce high quality wines from their 28 hectares of vineyards. The vines of this Petit Chablis grow on Portlandian soil. It is a limestone-rich soil with very little clay which produces supple wines that are more fruity than mineral.
