AOP Nuits-Saint-Georges 1er Cru

Maison André Goichot 2018

€1190 Flacon de 10cl

The Nuits-Saint-Georges appellation gave Burgundy’s Côte de Nuits its fame and sets its wines apart in terms of character. This cherry red coloured Premier Cru from the Goichot estate displays an elegant and predominantly floral nose. Notes of rose and peony develop into intense notes of raspberry and then kirsch. This wine is supple and full on the palate and displays beautifully intense flavours. Hints of tobacco intermingle with notes of forest-floor and moss in the finish.
