AOP Madiran

Château Montus 2016

€870 Flacon de 10cl

Prestigiously nicknamed the 'Pétrus of the Southwest', Château Montus is a perfect reflection of the Madiran appellation. The deep colour of this wine with its cherry red rim is superb. On the nose, notes of roasted cocoa and coffee mingle with black fruit like blackcurrant and blackberry, for an intensely aromatic wine. Deliciously full and fleshy with spiciness to add, this wine’s complexity makes it a real delight to drink.
