The Internet user henceforth undertakes to use the information contained on the Site for personal and non-commercial purposes. In the event of non-compliance with the provisions of the present Charter, by the Internet user, they can be held civilly or criminally liable.

The Site is operated by 10-Vins. They allow Internet users to order wine in the form of sample boxes of wine or bottles. They offer the possibility to participate in online tasting sessions.

2. Intellectual property ↑
10-Vins is the author of the Site within the meaning of articles L111.1 and following of the Intellectual Property Code . 10-Vins is a French trademark filed with the INPI (National Intellectual Property Institute) on December 17, 2012, under the number 3969400.
Any reproduction, use or affixing of the trade mark, without the prior authorization of 10-Vins is prohibited, in accordance with the provisions of Article L713-2 of the Intellectual Property Code. It should be noted that the photos present on the Site are regarded as intellectual works and are protected under the copyright law. Any unauthorized use of one or the other of the photographs is constitutive of an act of counterfeiting as provided for in Article L335-3 of the Intellectual Property Code. In general, data, programs, music samples, texts, information, logos, visual identities, both animated or unanimated images, and their formatting appearing on the Site are the property of 10-Vins and are protected as such by the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code.
Any Internet user undertakes not to use them and not to allow anyone to use these contents for illegal purposes.
Any representation or reproduction, total or partial, permanent or temporary, on a computer support and/or paper, by any process whatsoever (including by way of framing*), of one or the other of the elements of the Site or of the services proposed, without the express prior agreement of 10-Vins is prohibited and constitutes an act of counterfeiting, which may result in convictions and civil and/or criminal proceedings. Only paper prints are authorized only as a private copy for the exclusive use of the copyist within the meaning of Article L122-5 2° of the Intellectual Property Code.
No hypertext link to the Site can be installed without the express prior agreement of 10-Vins.
* Framing: act of capturing the page contents of a website in order to transfer it to their own website via a hypertext link, and thereby showing the said content as their own.
3. Protection of personal data ↑
3.1 MANDATORY OF FACULTATIVE NATURE OF THE ANSWERS
Internet users can visit the Site without having to give their identity and provide personal information. They must, however, register to order wine and access content reserved for the members of the Club 10-Vins (including the online tasting sessions). The personal data collected are the user’s last name, first name and e-mail address.
3.2 PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING
The entering of this data is necessary so that 10-Vins can process the Internet user’s request and gives access to the different videos related to wine tasting. In addition to this information, statistics tools can store IP addresses, as well as other information in order to establish the Site visit statistics. An IP address is a number automatically assigned to your computer by the access provider, while using the Internet. The Internet user may at any time exercise their right of access, rectification, inquiry or opposition concerning the information that they provide during their registration or later, with 10-Vins, by mail to 10-Vins, 7 Rue La Tour d'Auvergne, 44200 Nantes, or by e-mail at contact@10-vins.com.
3.3 DATA MANAGEMENT
10-Vins undertakes to respect the provisions of the Law n°78-17 of 6 January 1978 modified relative to data processing and privacy and take any necessary precautions to preserve the security of the personal information entrusted to them. No personal information will be disclosed to third party companies without the prior agreement and informed consent of the Internet user.
4. Cookies ↑
A cookie is a text file deposited on the user’s hard drive by the server of the website that they visit. However, it does not identify the user. It simply creates a random number that saves information. Session cookies are deleted from the user’s computer upon closing the browser. Permanent cookies remain stored on the user’s computer after closing the browser for a duration of 6 months. The purpose of the cookies implemented by 10-Vins have is to facilitate communication by electronic means. They are strictly necessary for providing an online communication service. As a consequence, it is not mandatory to obtain the Internet user’s prior consent before its implementation. The Internet user can nevertheless block "cookies" by configuring the browser according to the procedure described below.

5. Social networks ↑
The Site uses expansion modules (or plugins) for social networks. When the user interacts by using the plugins, the information related to their navigation on the Site will be transmitted to and stored on a server of the company operating the particular social network and shared according to the settings of your user account of these social networks, in accordance with the conditions of use of the particular social network. In any case, the use of these plugins is exclusively governed by the terms and conditions of use linking the Internet user and the social network of which they are a member.
6. Responsibility ↑
10-Vins disclaims all responsibility with regard to the possible malfunctions that may occur on the Site and cause a loss of data or an unavailability of the access to information produced on it.
The elements presented on the Site are subject to change without notice and are put at the Internet users’ disposal, without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. The presence of hypertext links on the Site - regardless of the prior existence or non-existence of the agreement of 10-Vins - do not create joint liability between the latter and the owners of other sites, as to the content of the sites on which the user is redirected.
10-Vins cannot guarantee the completeness and the veracity of the information present on the site. In the same way, it cannot guarantee the absence of modification by a third party (intrusion, virus). In addition, the Internet user is solely responsible for the use they make of the Site content. Except for serious violations, 10-Vins is not liable for direct and indirect damage related to the use of information produced on the Site.
7. Modification ↑
0-Vins reserves the possibility to modify at any time and without notice, the present conditions of use in order to adapt to the evolutions of the Site and/or its operation.
8. Applicable Law and Judicial competence ↑
All of the information diffused on the Site and the use that is made of it is exclusively subject to French law. Only the courts under the jurisdiction of the Court of Appeal of Rennes are competent to hear any disputes related to the use of the Site.
