Afrique du Sud - WO Hemel-en-Aarde Valley, Walker Bay

Bouchard Finlayson 2017

€850 Flacon de 10cl

This wine with its rather unique blend of varieties symbolises the linking of Italy and France’s wine regions. You’ll fall in love with this extraordinary wine, right from the first whiff. Aromas of violets mingle with minty notes on the nose, while the palate shows supple, melted tannins, accompanied by notes of plum, stewed cherry and leather. Hannibal is a superbly long wine, marked by bright freshness in the finish. It’s a must-try that you’ll want others to discover too.
