AOP Chablis 1er Cru

Domaine du Chardonnay 2016

€520 Bottle of 10cl

You’ll love this Chablis Premier Cru with its glistening silvery lemon color and fresh, fruity flavors. On the nose, this wine displays herbaceous and floral notes alongside zesty lemon aromas verging on candied lemon peel. This is a dry white wine with a fruity mouthfeel and a strong touch of minerality.
You can’t go wrong with seafood pairings such as scallops or gravlax-style marinated salmon, for an excellent contrast between the oiliness of the fish and the minerality of the wine.
