AOP Cahors

Château du Cèdre 2018

€660 Flacon de 10cl

This very deep purplish Cahors from Château du Cèdre has great aromatic complexity. Its aromas are clearly defined, opening on grilled notes of cocoa and roast coffee then leading into blackfruit notes of blackberry and blackcurrant. On the palate, this wine is rich, fruity and fleshy, boasting good balance and notes of torrefaction in the finish.
